How Crown of Life Counseling Started

“Blessed is the one who perseveres under trial because, having stood the test, that person will receive the crown of life that the Lord has promised to those who love Him” (James 1:12)

Throughout my life, this verse has been a steady anchor for me, reminding that perseverance through trials is not wasted. There is purpose, growth, and blessings on the other side. The idea that God honors and strengthens those who endure challenges has shaped both my personal journey and my work as a therapist. My practice is built on this hope: that every individual can find healing and restoration, even in difficult seasons. Crown of Life Counseling reflects my belief that with support, compassion, and faith, we can overcome adversity and move toward a fuller, more grounded life.

How I Help Others

When is the last time you complimented yourself? When did you last believe, deep down, that you are enough?

If you’ve found yourself giving endlessly without refilling your own cup, you’re not alone. I help clients learn to slow down, tune into their emotions, and give themselves the love and attention they deserve. Think of your mental health as a muscle. When you train it with care rather than feed it self-doubt, it grows stronger, more flexible, and able to support the life you want to live.
